Social Media Policy

At Royo we are aware that new communication platforms such as blogs, wikis, social networks and all types of social media, which are found both inside and outside the company, are transforming the way we interact. Online collaboration allows people to share knowledge and ideas regardless of their rank, position or experience. For us, it’s a way to take part in conversations about the work we do in Royo and show our experience.
For all this Royo:
1- Will inform any physical or legal person of the processing of their data that may be done prior to the collection of their personal data.
2- Will not use the data collected with a purpose different from the one that motivated its collection, unless previously authorised by the affected party.
3- Will promote the use of networks for professional purposes.
4- Will not publish personal data, nor will it allow others to do so in those forums in which it has responsibility as a moderator, beyond those relating to the persons to whom reference is made for professional reasons.
5- Will not publish information that threatens honour or personal or family privacy.
6- Will at all times ensure the security of the data, for which it will monitor the security and confidentiality profiles of the social network.
7- Will use social networks to encourage awareness and training of its followers in the field of the right of new technologies, information security and management of the different processes of organisations.
8- Will comply with those sections of the privacy policy and terms of use of the social network that may affect you. Royo recommends that all its followers read these policies and conditions of the different social networks, (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, Youtube, Flickr, Issuu, etc.)
9- Comply with the applicable regulations on data protection (General Data Protection Regulation EU 2016/679), on the provision of services and commercial communications by electronic means (Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce; e-Privacy Regulation).
10- Will make the following means of contact to clarify any question, doubt or misuse about this Social Media Policy available to users and followers:
